Arctic New Budget Freezer 36 Air Coolers
Arctic have said the Freezer 36 series of coolers are compatible with pretty much all 120mm fans.
The Freezer 36 is a tower-style cooler with measurements of 4.09 (L) x 4.96 (W) x 6.26 (H) inches (104 x 126 x 159 millimeters) millimeters and weigh 32.39 ounces or 890 grams. In their design they have four 6mm copper heat pipes and come with a pair of PWM fans.
While i have not personally tested any of the Freezer 36 series air coolers Arctic claim that they will cool your CPU around 10.6% better than the previous Freezer 35 series coolers and be more than 12% better than BeQuiets dark pro 4 cooler, and a little over 5% better than the Freezer 34 eSports Duo.
These comparison are based on running Prime 95 (Small FFT) on an Intel Core i7-13900KF processor.
Arctic New Budget Freezer 36 Air Coolers will work with AMDs AM4 and AM5 socket CPU’s and also with the current Intel LGA1700 and the next gen LGA1851 socket CPUs. Arctic is touting a patent pending contact frame that it says won’t deform Intel’s CPUs.
Arctic have said its frame will massively reduce the mechanical load on the CPU to minimize stress on the both the processor and motherboard.
